Terry
Alley of P.O. Box 601, Pagosa Springs, was born in
Del Norte, Colorado. He grew up in Pagosa Springs and graduated
from Pagosa Springs High School.
Alley received his bachelor's degree from Fort Lewis College,
master's degree from Western State College and superintendent
endorsement from the University of Colorado. He retired after
spending thirty-one years with Archuleta County District 50
Joint. He served as teacher and coach, school principal, and
the last twenty-one years as district superintendent.
He has been involved in many organizations over the years
and serves or served on the board of directors for Archuleta
County Housing, Seeds of Learning, Charles Hughes Foundation
and Archuleta Scholarships in Escrow. He and his wife Jennifer
have four grown children.
Terry has been on the LPEA board since 2002. He is Board Vice President,
and he serves on the Administration Committee, Budget Finance and Audit Committee and the FastTrack
board.

Harry
M. Cole of PO Box 1941, Arboles was
born in Dulce, New Mexico and attended school in Pagosa Springs.
Cole operated his own grocery store in Pagosa Springs for
twelve years and was a vice president at Citizens State Bank
for eight years. He is a past master of the Pagosa Springs
Masonic Lodge, and a past president of the Pagosa Springs
Lions Club.
Cole received the Credentialed Cooperative Director certificate.
He is presently a member of the Systems' Operation & Planning
Committee, and he serves on the WESODI Board.

Bob
Formwalt of 201 Paul Hood Pl, Pagosa Springs, has
been on the LPEA Board since 2000. He was born in Artesia,
New Mexico. A graduate of Pagosa Springs High School and of
the business school at Fort Lewis College, Formwalt is a self-employed
rancher and former bank loan officer.
Bob is the Board's Western United representative. He
serves on the Systems' Operation & Planning Committee and is chairman of the External Organizations & Issues Committee.
Bob served 12 years as an Archuleta County Commissioner as
well as serving on the Archuleta County Planning Commission,
Airport Board and Housing Authority. He also served on the
Region 9 Workforce Development and Economic Development Boards,
the Colorado Job Training Private Industry Council, the Colorado
Mine Reclamation Board and Abandoned Mined Land Council, the
San Juan Basin Health Board, the San Juan Basin RC & D
Council and the Colorado State Soil Conservation Board.
