Mr. Goff was recognized as Young Engineer of the Year by the Professional Engineers of Colorado; Citizen Surveyor of the Year from Professional Surveyors of Colorado; Distinguished Service Award from National Council of Examiners for Engineering/Surveying and the Friend of Durango High School award. He belongs to the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado and United Methodist Church of Durango. He served as a member of the Colorado Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors from 1991 to 1999. For LPEA, Mr. Goff serves on the System’s Operations & Planning and the Budget Finance & Audit Committees. He also serves on the WESODI board. When the Lieb family owned and operated Durango Threadworks, Mr. Lieb served as its vice president, overseeing all operations. A graduate of Arizona State University with a BS in International Marketing, he also launched Berghaus, a clothing retail store in Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Lieb, originally from Newport Beach, California, is a graduate of Leadership La Plata and currently sits on the Hundred Club, FastTrack Communications and Durango Youth Soccer boards of directors, the latter for which he is president.
